Nestled in the heart of the labyrinthine alleys of Essaouira’s historic medina lies a hidden gem. Les Terrasses d’Essaouira. Our story begins with a vision to create a sanctuary where guests could experience the very essence of Moroccan hospitality amidst the enchanting setting of this coastal town. Originally an old Gnaoua house, our riad was lovingly restored in the 1990s by Valérie, preserving its rich heritage while incorporating modern comforts and amenities. Every corner of our riad tells a story, from the vibrant colors of Moroccan architecture to the tapestries adorning the walls.

Notre histoire commence avec une vision de créer un sanctuaire où les invités pourraient vivre l’essence même de l’hospitalité marocaine au milieu d’un cadre enchanteur de cette ville côtière.
À l’origine une ancienne maison Gnaoua, notre riad a été restauré avec amour dans les années 1990 par Valérie, préservant son riche patrimoine tout en le dotant de conforts et d’équipements modernes. Chaque coin de notre riad raconte une histoire de l’architecture marocaine aux couleurs vibrantes et aux tentures qui ornent les murs.
